About Us

Just a little bit about us: 

Kevin grew up in Southeast Minnesota, in a small farming community. Kevin has done a little bit of everything, from building grain bins to Schwan's man. His dad and family friends (Randy and Chad) have been bringing him to Lake of the Woods since he was 11 years old. He fell in love instantly as a child and knew he would live here one day. 

Jenn grew up on a small farm in Highlandville, Iowa, way northeast Iowa near Decorah. She has worked in many industries from  movie theatres to organic dry cleaning but was always geared more towards bookkeeping/accounting. They met when Jenn was working at a hotel in Decorah, Iowa. A year or so after, Jenn moved in with Kevin and lived in Zumbrota, Minnesota for 12 years.  We have a daughter named Vera, a son named Jeffrey, two dogs (Macy and Penny) and a cat (Frisk Follower).  Within the past 3 months we have finally tied the knot, sold our house and moved 7 hours away. Our family in a nut shell!!
